Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology Roadmap identifying disruptive innovations in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead strategic scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on post-2025 market disruptions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for technology forecasting initiatives
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global tech summits (Davos, CES, Web Summit)
- Design and implement corporate innovation incubator focused on 2026-readiness technologies
- Mentor R&D teams on integrating emerging technologies into current product pipelines
- Analyze geopolitical and socio-economic factors influencing technology adoption curves
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Theory, or relevant STEM field
- Proven track record of published research in peer-reviewed journals (e.g., Nature Futures, IEEE Foresight)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies: AGI, quantum supremacy, synthetic biology, and neural interfaces
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex multi-variable systems
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio of successful technology commercialization projects with $50M+ impact
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
