Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on 2026 innovation priorities
- Produce strategic foresight reports and competitive threat analyses
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in STEM field or business with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite and board presentations
- Portfolio of strategic roadmaps or innovation frameworks
