Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities and threats
- Produce strategic foresight reports for executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate disruptive startups
- Design scenarios for technology adoption in climate resilience and healthcare
- Present findings at global innovation summits and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and establish internal innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of these domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven scenario modeling experience
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Assessment (e.g., CFS, CTA) preferred
