- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap with 5-year strategic vision
- Identify and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech integration
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Partner with academic institutions to shape research agendas
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum systems, neural interfaces, climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ technologists
- Portfolio of deployed solutions impacting >1M users
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global partnerships
