Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic foresight roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier tech journals
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural-symbolic AI, or synthetic biology
- Track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Security clearance for DoD/DoE collaborative projects
