Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 adoption of quantum computing and neuromorphic systems
- Lead strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to shape future industry standards
- Architect AI governance frameworks for ethical deployment of autonomous systems
- Direct cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in biotech and nanotechnology
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investor groups
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and external tech ecosystem engagement
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years in strategic technology planning
- Proven expertise in quantum computing algorithms or neuromorphic system architecture
- Published research on AI ethics or autonomous system governance (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Experience leading global R&D teams with $10M+ innovation budgets
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
