Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Design strategic frameworks for integrating future technologies into existing enterprise ecosystems
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' technology forecasts for executive board and investor presentations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to incubate next-gen solutions
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for prototyping and validating 2026-viable technologies
- Present future technology scenarios at industry conferences and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or equivalent field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology forecasting, innovation strategy, or R&D leadership
