Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and neuro-interfaces
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to future-proof their digital infrastructure
- Mentor a diverse team of specialists in emerging tech domains
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through visionary proposals
- Pioneer industry standards through white papers and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent with 7+ years in tech strategy
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on post-2025 technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum cryptography, neuromorphic computing, or Web3
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations to enterprise level
- Deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes for emerging tech
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (e.g., Q#)
- Experience securing grants from DARPA or equivalent innovation agencies
