Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology innovation roadmap targeting 2026 market readiness

- Lead R&D initiatives in next-gen systems including autonomous decisioning frameworks
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proof architectures in commercial solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or advanced R&D leadership
