Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Present strategic briefings to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of industry innovators and thought leaders
- Author white papers and thought leadership content on future tech trends
- Oversee technology incubation programs for 2026 innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Strong executive communication and presentation abilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Forecasting preferred
