Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 technology landscape
- Develop and execute 3-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-tech strategies into business planning
- Direct cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum, AI, and sustainable tech
- Present future-vision briefings to investors, clients, and industry forums
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and impact
- Mentor a team of emerging technology specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation publications
- Experience with scenario planning and disruption modeling
