- Analyze and forecast global technology trends through 2030, publishing whitepapers and executive briefings
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging tech integration (quantum, AI, neural interfaces)
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering teams to prototype 2026+ solutions
- Advise executive leadership on tech disruption risks and opportunities
- Develop patent strategies and IP portfolios for breakthrough innovations
- Represent company at global tech summits and future-focused symposiums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a foresight analytics framework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Published author or speaker at global tech conferences (TED, Web Summit)
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
