Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology roadmap with 5-year strategic vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, AI) and their market implications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present future technology scenarios to C-suite and board members
- Drive ethical technology frameworks for AI and automation deployment
- Manage innovation budget and ROI analysis for futuristic projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in futurism or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Executive-level stakeholder management and presentation skills
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight (whitepapers, journals)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
