Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including AI ethics, climate tech, and neurointerfaces
- Lead cross-functional think tanks with engineers, policymakers, and anthropologists
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Reports' for Fortune 500 clients and UN agencies
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through DARPA/EU Horizon partnerships
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Mentor PhD candidates in future studies and exponential technologies
- Keynote at Davos, Web Summit, and World Economic Forum events
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Futurology, or Systems Engineering with 10+ years experience
- Published 3+ peer-reviewed papers on exponential technology forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, synthetic biology, or space tech
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech projects with >1M users/impact
- Security clearance eligibility (TS/SCI preferred)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Competitive chess player (ELO 2000+ or equivalent strategic mindset)
