Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing and next-gen AI frameworks
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Partner with venture capital to identify disruptive startups
- Present strategic briefings to board members and government agencies
- Mentor teams in emerging tech adoption methodologies
- Produce annual 'State of 2026 Technology' whitepapers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (peer-reviewed)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (NIST, ISO)
- Deep knowledge of blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and biotech convergence
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+
- Global speaking engagements at Web Summit, CES, or Davos
