Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI with 10+ years in strategic tech innovation
- Published author in Nature/Science on future technology implications
- Proven track record securing >$100M in federal R&D funding
- Expertise in ISO 20700 foresight methodologies and scenario planning
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor roadmaps and post-Moore's Law architectures
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on 2026 digital transformation
- Certification in Global Futures & Foresight (GFF) from University of Houston
