Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with corporate vision
- Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies including AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Architect sustainable digital infrastructure frameworks with zero-carbon implementation targets
- Chair the Innovation Council, guiding R&D investments toward 2026 breakthrough opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Present technology forecasts and disruption analyses to the Board of Directors
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, IoT, blockchain)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed technology journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience scaling global technology initiatives across multiple markets
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
