Responsibilities
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 innovation horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum computing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech investments with long-term business goals
- Author thought leadership pieces and represent the company at global tech conferences
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused technical skills and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Strong background in technology forecasting and market analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience publishing research in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
