Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight roadmap for 2026-2030, analyzing emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on future-state architectures and implementation priorities
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive stakeholders on technology disruption risks and opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to incubate next-generation innovations
- Design and validate pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with potential market impact by 2026
- Mentor junior innovation strategists in future-proofing methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management with proven impact on long-term roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, neurotech, decentralized systems)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members on strategic technology investments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight methodologies
