Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI/ML systems and quantum computing applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital infrastructure solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, decentralized networks, biotech integration) for strategic adoption
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous system deployment and data sovereignty
- Collaborate with R&D to validate technical feasibility of 5-year vision concepts
- Mentor junior futurists through our Tech Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of shipping AI/quantum systems at scale (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep expertise in Web3 protocols, neuromorphic computing, or climate-tech modeling
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technology adoption
- Strong background in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
