Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends to develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for product innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis in emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Present futuristic visions to executive stakeholders and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate prototyping of breakthrough technologies
- Establish key performance indicators for measuring long-term technological impact
- Represent the company at global tech foresight forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record in developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Strong presentation skills with experience communicating futuristic concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience working with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite executives and drive organizational change
