Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on transformative technologies
- Expertise in probabilistic forecasting and scenario planning
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Track record of launching $50M+ tech initiatives
- Speaking engagements at Davos or Web Summit
