Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum-integrated AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (quantum, bio-digital, space-tech)
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems in 2026+ environments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for future-tech incubation projects
- Author white papers on the societal impact of 2026 technology trends
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems to quantum-scale operations
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or space-based networks
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFIA) or equivalent
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
