- Build and mentor a future-tech innovation lab
- Advise C-suite on strategic technology investments and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, bioinformatics)
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
