Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market paradigms through 2026
- Develop quantitative foresight models predicting adoption curves for AI, quantum computing, and bio-integration
- Design scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and policy teams
- Author annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite
- Build and maintain expert networks across academia, venture capital, and global labs
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Technology Foresight, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of technology roadmapping with 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future-proofing strategies
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP-V, etc.)
