Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable impact milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, bio-digital interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, government labs, and industry disruptors
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Present technology visions to C-suite and board with compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment and quantum governance
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on industry transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, neuromorphic computing)
- Portfolio of implemented innovations generating $50M+ revenue or equivalent societal impact
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into executable business strategies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technology disruption scenarios
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute for the Future) or equivalent
