Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven experience with emerging tech evaluation frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Strong background in AI/ML implementation and ethical tech governance
- Exceptional data analysis and strategic communication skills
- Portfolio of successful tech innovation initiatives at scale
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
