Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-focused technology roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 3-5 year innovation horizons
- Develop patentable solutions for autonomous systems and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Partner with venture capitalists to secure $50M+ in innovation funding
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and data scientists in emerging technologies
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching commercialized AI/quantum solutions
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, neuromorphic chips, or carbon-neutral tech
- Strong background in securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience building and scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
