Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in building proof-of-concepts for next-gen digital infrastructure
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic tech initiatives to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation through hackathons and R&D partnerships with universities
- Ensure alignment between technology initiatives and ESG sustainability goals
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technologies and agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing implementation
- Strategic planning experience with 5+ year roadmaps
- Strong background in scaling tech startups or enterprise innovation labs
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or patents in future technologies (2018-2023)
- Experience with federal grant applications for tech innovation projects
