- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and venture capital for emerging tech projects
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for proprietary technologies
- Mentor junior researchers and foster an innovation culture within the organization
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience securing $3M+ in innovation funding or venture capital
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent impact
- Strong network with academic institutions and tech innovation hubs
- Strategic vision with ability to translate complex technical concepts to business value
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Strategy preferred
