Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable solutions for 2026 technology stack requirements
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, advanced AI, and decentralized systems
- Drive innovation sprints with cross-functional teams to prototype future technologies
- Develop patentable solutions for emerging challenges in cybersecurity and data privacy
- Mentor junior engineers in next-generation development methodologies
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure impact against 2026 industry benchmarks
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and venture partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ in technology leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or blockchain systems
- Proven track record of launching production-level future-facing technologies
- Strong background in system architecture for distributed environments
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience managing technical teams of 10+ engineers
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
