Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era quantum AI integration systems
- Architect ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making platforms
- Develop sustainable blockchain solutions for carbon-neutral tech infrastructure
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants for future-tech initiatives
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 8+ years in emerging tech leadership with 2026-vision projects
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Expertise in federated learning and zero-trust architectures
- Experience securing DoE/NASA grants for future-tech R&D
- Deep knowledge of ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
