Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published author in tech futurism or peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with federal tech policy development (e.g., NIST, NSF)
