- Architect strategic roadmaps for AI/ML integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives to translate futuristic concepts into actionable R&D initiatives
- Produce forward-looking market analyses and competitive disruption scenarios for board-level presentations
- Curate exclusive industry symposia with Nobel laureates and tech pioneers to shape 2026's innovation agenda
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Academy program
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and climate impact scenarios influencing tech development timelines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Quantitative Social Sciences (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or societal transformation (IEEE/MIT/WSJ)
- Expertise in scenario modeling, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep technical fluency in quantum computing, AGI development, and climate-tech convergence
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (patents or successful exits)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
