- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, spatial web)
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption
- Champion innovation workshops to cultivate future-thinking culture across 500+ engineers
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic briefings to executive board and investors
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological preparedness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise technology strategy with demonstrable impact on digital transformation
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Proven experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Portfolio of published thought leadership on future tech trends
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
