Responsibilities
- Develop predictive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 digital transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops on quantum-AI-biotech convergence scenarios
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and human-machine symbiosis
- Adv Fortune 500 clients on metaverse infrastructure and Web3.0 integration
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for emerging tech prototyping
- Present at Davos, CES, and UN Tech Summits as company futurist
- Mentor PhD fellows in quantum machine learning research
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Published work on AI ethics or quantum computing in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Track record of influencing global tech policy (e.g., EU AI Act contributions)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
