- Mentor PhD researchers in emerging fields like neuromorphic computing
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants for future-focused R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough innovation)
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 3+ patents in emerging technologies
- Expertise in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks and IEEE Ethically Aligned Design
- Published author in Nature or Science on future-tech implications
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to $100M+ market impact
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with USPTO patent prosecution and IP strategy
