Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or industry
- Published work in top-tier quantum journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Proven grant-writing success for federal R&D programs
- Experience leading distributed research teams
