- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Conduct ROI assessments and risk-benefit analyses for emerging tech investments
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
