Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead quantum computing and AI integration initiatives for next-gen products
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Mentor R&D teams in emerging technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing)
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling innovation proposals
- Present future tech vision at global conferences and industry summits
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives to achieve carbon-negative operations by 2026
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Quantum Physics or related field
- Published research in AI ethics or quantum algorithms (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, bio-computing)
- Track record of securing $3M+ R&D budgets
- Experience scaling tech teams across 3+ countries
