Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technology trajectories for 2026+ across AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Develop strategic technology adoption roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their business implications
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in tech forecasting or innovation strategy
- Experience presenting to executive audiences on complex technical topics
- Proven ability to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology commercialization projects
