Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Robotics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or neuromorphic engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proficiency in TensorFlow Quantum and Qiskit frameworks
- Deep understanding of ISO 42001 AI governance standards
- Track record of securing DARPA or NSF grants
- Fluency in Python/C++ with quantum computing libraries
- Keynote speaker at 3+ major tech conferences (2021-2023)
