Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing disruptive innovation projects
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with strategic impact
- Partner with product teams to integrate next-gen capabilities
- Present vision and progress to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Drive R&D investments in quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of leading disruptive innovation initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
