Responsibilities

- Partner with academic institutions to pioneer breakthroughs in synthetic biology and computational neuroscience
- Develop patent-protected solutions for climate-resilient smart infrastructure
- Drive adoption of generative AI in industrial automation and personalized medicine
- Present futuristic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in rapid prototyping and ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 7+ years in R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ patents or MVP launches)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience with federal technology innovation programs (DARPA, ARPA-E)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Fluency in at least two quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on future tech
