You'll report directly to our Chief Innovation Officer and drive initiatives that will define the next generation of human experience.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for enterprise clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and generative AI
- Present future-vision keynotes at global tech summits and innovation conferences
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human augmentation
- Mentor a team of 15+ futurists and innovation strategists
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory
- Author quarterly industry reports predicting tech disruption patterns
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in futurism or strategic foresight
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed papers on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching industry-defining tech initiatives
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, and AGI development
- Fluency in futurist methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on 10-year tech strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech implementations
