Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ tech adoption across quantum AI, neural interfaces, and sustainable computing
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in partnership with MIT, Caltech, and global innovation labs
- Anticipate societal and ethical implications of emerging technologies through predictive modeling
- Secure $50M+ in funding for breakthrough projects by crafting compelling investor narratives
- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers in rapid prototyping and experimental validation
- Collaborate with UN Global Compact on AI ethics frameworks for 2030 alignment
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Science, Robotics, or related field with 8+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 paradigm-shifting products (e.g., quantum algorithms, neuro-interfaces)
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, blockchain governance, and climate-tech convergence
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published author in Nature/Science with >500 citations on future-tech topics
- Previous experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or corporate innovation funding
