Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps
- Identify and integrate breakthrough technologies (quantum, bio-computing, AGI)
- Design human-AI collaboration frameworks for enterprise adoption
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Establish industry partnerships for technology incubation programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural interfaces, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional strategic planning with 10+ year horizon vision
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on digital transformation
- Fluency in future-gazing methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
