Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including AI ethics, biotech integration, and decentralized systems
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen computing paradigms (quantum, neuromorphic, photonic)
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation strategies with market disruption forecasts
- Establish industry-wide standards for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech practices
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing digital infrastructure
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global tech summits
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-tech adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields (2019-2023)
- Experience developing technology ethics frameworks for enterprise deployment
- Track record of scaling innovative solutions from concept to market leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Fluency in emerging tech ecosystems: Web3, IoT, AR/VR, and climate tech
