Responsibilities
- Design & Strategy: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant microservices and cloud-native solutions using AWS and Kubernetes.
- AI Integration: Design system pipelines that seamlessly integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics into core business logic.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor system health and optimize latency, throughput, and resource utilization for peak efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to ensure data privacy and compliance with emerging regulatory standards.
- Innovation: Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready architectures) to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Senior or Lead Architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust. Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing high-availability systems and managing large-scale deployments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent is a plus.
