- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption readiness.
- Author thought leadership content on future-tech disruption and competitive positioning.
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs and AI research institutions.
- Oversee the innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot execution.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise technology strategy with 5+ years in futurist/roadmapping roles.
- Proven track record of launching future-tech initiatives (AI/quantum/IoT).
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies.
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism preferred.
- Published research on technology disruption or exponential innovation trends.
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for advanced AI deployment.
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
